          A working email pipeline: incoming mail is classified by Claude for category, priority, and a suggested reply, logged to Airtable, and routed through a gated auto-send step.
        
          YouTube automation
          A fully automated content system — five connected Make.com scenarios covering topic discovery, fact-checked scripting, automated video assembly, and scheduled publishing with AI-generated SEO metadata.
        
          Slack automation
          A daily auto-posting system for our own workspace, built on the Claude API and the Slack MCP, running on a scheduled multi-slot posting cadence.
        
          LinkedIn automation
          An AI-driven LinkedIn posting system in development — Make.com, Claude, Airtable, and the LinkedIn API — to plan and queue content on a schedule.

          Go-to-market
          Set the business model early — setup fee plus monthly retainer — and structured a 27-day sprint from outreach to close, targeting boutique hotels across Rajasthan and Gujarat first.
